★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato per una promozione che sembrava conveniente da come l'hanno descritta, poi come sempre hanno tralasciato i particolari più salienti, tipo: ti cambiano il numero e ti tolgono soldi in più da quello spiegato. Ritornato per delucidazioni sulle cifre non comunicatemi, mi hanno detto che si sono dimenticati di dirle, come se fosse stato l'unico contratto. Molto furbi state molto attenti tralasciano sempre qualcosa.
 I went for a promotion that seemed convenient from how they described it, then as always they left out the most salient details, like: they change your number and take away more money from that explained. Returning for clarification on the figures not communicated to me, they told me that they forgot to tell her, as if it had been the only contract. Very clever be very careful they always leave something out.

Due stelle perché ho risolto in qualche modo, ma ho praticamente dovuto imboccare e insistere con il ragazzo che c'era in turno per farmi dare una mano con la disdetta. Mi dice che devo mandare una raccomandata ma non mi dice a quale indirizzo e gliel'ho dovuto chiedere io, ho dovuto anche chiedere cosa dovessi allegare e quali informazioni dare durante la disdetta perché il suo aiuto nei miei confronti si era fermato a "Devi mandare una raccomandata o chiamare i numeri, noi del centro Vodafone non ce ne occupiamo". Tutto con modi abbastanza scocciati e irritandosi nel momento in cui chiedessi informazioni aggiuntive e necessarie per dare la disdetta. Sembrava quasi che non avesse voglia di aiutarmi e volesse rendermi la vita difficile catapultandomi apposta senza informazioni nella giungla dei numeri verdi visto che stavo recedendo un loro contratto. Anche perché lo avevo anche informato del fatto che non avevo modo di recuperare le fatture sulle quali c'è il numero della mia linea (che non pensavo di avere, visto che il mio contratto è solo ADSL senza voce), numero che serve per ottenere aiuto telefonicamente. Non è questo secondo me il modo più trasparente di operare.
Unfortunately I have to say that I found them rude. Two stars because I solved somehow, but I practically had to take and insist with the guy who was on duty to help me with the cancellation. He tells me that I have to send a registered letter but he doesn't tell me which address and I had to ask him, I also had to ask what I had to attach and what information to give during the cancellation because his help towards me had stopped at "You must send a registered letter or call the numbers, we of the Vodafone center do not take care of it ". All with rather annoyed ways and getting irritated when I ask for additional and necessary information to give the cancellation. It almost seemed that he didn't want to help me and wanted to make my life difficult by purposely catapulting me without information in the jungle of the toll-free numbers as I was withdrawing their contract. Also because I had also informed him that I had no way of recovering the invoices on which there is the number of my line (which I did not think I had, since my contract is only ADSL without voice), the number needed to obtain help by phone. In my opinion, this is not the most transparent way to operate.
