★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Telemar dal 2016. Ho un contratto per 30 MB in download e in questo momento lo Speed test di Ookla mi dà 0.23 MB!!! In queste ultime settimane i momenti in cui la connessione rallenta MOLTO sono sempre più frequenti. Davvero un pessimo servizio.... Purtroppo dovrò decidermi a trovare un'alternativa seria.
 I have been a Telemar customer since 2016. I have a contract for 30 MB in download and at this moment the Ookla Speed test gives me 0.23 MB !!! In recent weeks, the moments when the connection slows down VERY are more and more frequent. Really bad service .... Unfortunately I will have to decide to find a serious alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente di lunga data: inizialmente abbiamo provato i servizi di connessione Fibra e Wireless(parabola) in diverse zone della provincia di Vicenza per anni ricevendo assistenza e risposte in tempi brevi, anzi brevissimi qualora incontrassimo ostacoli. Buon rapporto con i clienti e sempre disponibili per venire incontro alle richieste! Da qualche mese abbiamo premiato l'azienda richiedendo la creazione del sito web personalizzato che include anche la piattaforma gestionale delle caselle di posta elettronica. Grazie ai loro servizi abbiamo dato una marcia in più alla nostra realtà lavorativa! La loro Web Agency è composta da un bel team di persone disponibilissime, molto professionali e attente alle richieste (ho provato a metterli in difficoltà ma hanno comunque trovato la soluzione) Consigliatissimi

For some months we have rewarded the company by requesting the creation of a personalized website which also includes the management platform of the e-mail boxes. Thanks to their services we have given an extra gear to our working reality! Their Web Agency is made up of a nice team of very available people, very professional and attentive to requests (I tried to put them in difficulty but they still found the solution)

Calling a customer you do not know to propose yourself can be there but doing it with arrogance and denigrating the service of the competition, I find it a very annoying move ...

Io sono un cliente nuovo, anche se conosco da anni questa azienda, visto che ho concluso altri contratti con loro (genitori e suoceri).
Al momento ho qualche problema con il wi-fi, ma appena mi rivolgo al servizio clienti, mi rispondono.
Vi assicuro che negli anni ho avuto a che fare con parecchie compagnie, ma ogni volta era un'impresa riuscire ad avere una risposta.

I am a new customer, although I have known this company for years, as I have concluded other contracts with them (parents and in-laws).
At the moment I have some problems with the wi-fi, but as soon as I contact customer service, they answer me.
I assure you that over the years I have had to deal with several companies, but each time it was a challenge to get an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente aderito al loro servizio Open Fiber "WeClic by Telemar" tutto andato a buon fine. Connessione incredibile, potete usare qualsiasi router volete a patto che abbia il supporto per il VLAN tagging over PPPoE. Nel mio caso uso Ubiquiti Dream Machine con ultimo firmware 1.10.
Con pochi euro in più al mese offrono anche ip pubblico statico. Top
I recently joined their Open Fiber "WeClic by Telemar" service and everything went well. Incredible connection, you can use any router you want as long as it has support for VLAN tagging over PPPoE. In my case I use Ubiquiti Dream Machine with latest firmware 1.10.
With a few euros more per month they also offer static public IPs. Top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando un fornitore si approfitta della scarsa conoscenza in materia del cliente per propinare "non soluzioni tecnologiche," per di più a pagamento, siamo al limite dell'onestà. Mai più Telemar. Se ricevo risposte a questa recensione vi prego di scrivere la mail dell'amministratore delegato al quale potrò spiegare per iscritto il motivo per cui tolgo il servizio dall'azienda pagando anche la penale di disdetta anticipata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet connectivity went down on Sunday while they were closed and services were promptly restored first thing Monday morning after a ticket was created in response to the email that I sent to the helpdesk on Sunday. Didn't require an appointment for a Technician to come out as the issue was resolved on the backend. Compared to other ISPs that I've had over the years I would give Telmar 6 stars if I could for this experience as I didn't have to wait a few days to get an appointment that requires you to be home for several hours waiting on a technician to show up at the end of a four hour window.
