★ ★ ★ ★ ★ come è possibile che in un ufficio provinciale del PRA non risponda nessuno al telefono per 3 giorni di fila e per avere una minima informazione sono constretto a non andare al lavoro e farmi 60 km. solo per una informazione.
e ci chiediamo perche l'italia è finita dove è finita?
how is it possible that in a provincial office of the PRA nobody answers on the phone for 3 days in a row and to have a minimum information I am forced to not go to work and get myself 60 km. just for information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto una positiva esperienza con l'assistenza telefonica dell'URP (addetta sbrigativa), ma in compenso, una volta recatomi sul posto, ho incontrato personale veramente molto efficiente, veloce e competente.
Forse un sorriso in più ci sarebbe stato bene, ma ciò non toglie che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio offerto (passaggio di proprietà).
É presente un ampio parcheggio attorno allo stabile.
I did not have a positive experience with the telephone assistance of the URP (brisk), but on the other hand, once I went to the place, I met very efficient, fast and competent staff.
Perhaps an extra smile would have been good, but the fact remains that I was very satisfied with the service offered (transfer of ownership).
There is ample parking around the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venendo da Verona, dove al Pra, se non hai appuntamento (circa 1 mese di attesa), devi recartici all'alba e attendere fino a mezzogiorno per sapere se potranno "riceverti" in mattinata o dovrai tornare, dove se hai la fortuna che ti "ricevano", devi poi correre all'ufficio postale più vicino per pagare i bollettini che ti hanno dato e se c'è un po' di fila alle Poste, non farai in tempo a riportarli in mattinata, sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita dall'organizzazione e dalla velocità del Pra di Vicenza: i bollettini li fanno direttamente loro telematici e in 1 ora ho fatto passaggio di proprietà senza nessun appuntamento. Complimenti!
Coming from Verona, where at Pra, if you do not have an appointment (about 1 month of waiting), you have to go to dawn and wait until noon to know if they can "receive" you in the morning or you will have to return, where if you are lucky you "receive", then you have to run to the nearest post office to pay the bills they gave you and if there is a bit of queue at the post office, you won't have time to bring them back in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the organization and from the speed of the Vicenza Pra: the bulletins make them directly telematic to them and in 1 hour I made the transfer of ownership without any appointment. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso...... un ufficio pubblico che richiede la prenotazione obbligatoria dopo due gg. di telefonate ai numeri che indicano per la prenotazione non hanno mai risposta quindi ho dovuto andare in un ufficio privato! Il covid deve essere trattato come una malattia e non una scusa per non fare il proprio dovere. Risultato.... pagando i privati in 2 ore ho avuto una nuova immatricolazione di un mezzo con cortesia e seguendo tutte le procedure anti-covid mentre in un ufficio pubblico ho trovato solamente una persona molto scortese.
Scandalous ...... a public office that requires reservations after two days. of phone calls to the numbers that indicate for the reservation are never answered so I had to go to a private office! Covid must be treated as a disease and not an excuse for not doing one's duty. Result .... paying private individuals in 2 hours I had a new registration of a vehicle with courtesy and following all anti-covid procedures while in a public office I found only a very rude person.
