★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una moto a Milano, di lunedì pomeriggio e mi sono recato in questa agenzia per il passaggio di proprietà.
Dopo il pagamento mi è stata chiesta una somma di 10€ per la spedizione raccomandata, pur essendo un giorno lavorativo non mi hanno dato il libretto nuovo anche aspettando lì per lo svolgimento della pratica come si fa di solito. La mia moto non aveva la revisione in regola, quindi non ho potuto girare prima dell’arrivo della raccomandata a casa prevista “entro” 30 giorni. Dopo diversi solleciti telefonici è stata inviata (dopo 2 giorni) e mi è arrivata a casa dopo 10 giorni. Non sono soddisfatto del servizio, anche perché dopo i solleciti l’impiegato ha descritto come cafoni me ed il mio meccanico, giustamente infuriati per l’attesa.
I bought a motorcycle in Milan on Monday afternoon and I went to this agency for the change of ownership.
After the payment, I was asked for a sum of € 10 for registered shipping, although it is a working day, they did not give me the new booklet, even waiting there for the procedure to be carried out as usual. My bike did not have the inspection in order, so I could not run before the arrival of the registered letter at home "within" 30 days. After several telephone reminders it was sent (after 2 days) and it arrived at my house after 10 days. I am not satisfied with the service, also because after the reminders the clerk described me and my mechanic as peasants, rightly infuriated by the wait.

Ho conosciuto questa agenzia perché quella a cui mi riferivo di solito oltre ad essere più cara era anche gestita da una persona un po’ scorbutica e incasinata. Qui tutto veloce ordinato ed economico. Ci tornerò al 100%!
The best . I had a great time, very kind, very fast in the practices and without any kind of unexpected. I met this agency because the one I usually referred to was not only more expensive but also managed by a person who was a bit grumpy and messed up. Here everything quickly ordered and cheap.
