E' stato accompagnato passo passo per tutto il percorso, dall'iscrizione, al corso di preparazione per l'esame di teoria, fino alla guida, con un istruttore giovane e disponibilissimo. 5 stelle, meritatissime! Ve lo consiglio!
I was very satisfied with how they followed my son. He was accompanied step by step throughout the journey, from enrollment, to the preparation course for the theory exam, to driving, with a young and extremely available instructor. 5 stars, well deserved! I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta all'Autoscuola Biella 1 per il passaggio di proprietà di un mezzo ultratrentennale; non ero purtroppo a conoscenza delle agevolazioni legate all'età del mezzo, pertanto ho pagato il passaggio a prezzo pieno , invece della metà (una differenza di 200 euro circa).
Quando ho chiesto all'agenzia delucidazioni in merito, in modo pacifico, proponendo un eventuale rimborso da parte loro, la loro risposta è stata che avrei dovuto fare io richiesta dell'agevolazione, che non era loro compito..
Per questo motivo dò una stella, non tanto per l'errore (diciamo che può capitare e nel caso rimborsare) quanto per aver scaricato tutta la responsabilità di tale mancanza su di me, cliente pagante per un servizio di competenza dell'agenzia.
I turned to the Biella 1 Driving School for the transfer of ownership of a vehicle over thirty years old; Unfortunately, I was not aware of the discounts linked to the age of the vehicle, so I paid the pass at full price instead of half (a difference of about 200 euros).
When I asked the agency for clarification on the matter, in a peaceful way, proposing a possible reimbursement from them, their response was that I should have made a request for the facilitation, which was not their job ..
For this reason I give a star, not so much for the mistake (let's say that it can happen and in the case reimburse) as for having discharged all the responsibility for this lack on me, a paying customer for a service under the agency's competence.
