Dopo aver preso accordi verbali, al momento di portare la caparra confirmatoria, ci hanno detto che avevano già fatto prenotare altre persone e quindi il posto non era più disponibile per noi. Ritengo che sarebbe necessaria una gestione più professionale.
Unfortunately I have to leave a negative comment due to a reservation for a family party. After making verbal agreements, at the time of bringing the deposit, they told us that they had already booked other people and therefore the place was no longer available to us. I believe that more professional management would be necessary.
