β β β β β Pessimo, per prendere appuntamento dopo un mese di chiamate sono dovuta venire personalmente e poi avevano preso anche altri appuntamenti e non mi hanno seguita,direi inaccettabile che per chiudere un conto corrente bisogna diventare matti

Vado in filiale per chiudere il cc, mi dicono che devo prenotare un appuntamento... tutto questo anche se all' interno della stessa non ci fosse neanche un cliente. Sono costretto a prendere un altro gg i ferie!!!!
Assolutamente da evitare come filiale...
