You phone all day and nobody ever answers, and they are open on the internet .... I deposited a check 1 month ago and it still does not appear in the account .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La banca fornisce tre sportelli automatici all'ingresso e due all'interno dove si possono fare quasi tutte le operazioni : prelievi, versamenti, pagamenti vari ecc. Gli sportelli bancomat sono di ultima generazione con schermo touch dall'uso facile e intuitivo .
La banca e accessibile a tutti durante l'orario di apertura, fornita di montascale per disabili che all'occorrenza viene azionato dal personale, all'interno sia per salire ai piani superiori dove ci sono gli uffici finanziari o per scendere nel seminterrato per accedere alle cassette di sicurezza c'è un comodo ascensore. All'esterno ci sono tanti parcheggi regolamentati da disco orario. A mio parere unica pecca e che negli anni si e prediletto la politica del fai da te perdendo il rapporto tra correntista e banca, ottima struttura pochissimo servizio.

The bank is accessible to all during opening hours, equipped with a stairlift for the disabled that is operated by the staff if necessary, both to go up to the upper floors where there are the financial offices or to go down to the basement to access the safety deposit boxes there is a convenient lift. Outside there are many parking spaces regulated by a parking disc. In my opinion the only flaw is that over the years the do-it-yourself policy has been preferred, losing the relationship between account holder and bank, excellent structure very little service.

Hanno approvato un accollo di mutuo a inizio ottobre, mi hanno comunicato solo il giorno dell'atto (14/10) che avrei dovuto prendere le condizioni dedicate al costruttore (si erano dimenticati di dirmelo: documenti inviati per l'istruttoria a inzio settembre!) e ad oggi, 2 mesi dopo, non sono ancora riusciti a terminare il subentro.
Semplicemente inqualificabili.
Incompetent. They approved a mortgage at the beginning of October, they told me only on the day of the deed (14/10) that I would have to take the conditions dedicated to the builder (they forgot to tell me: documents sent for the preliminary investigation at the beginning of September! ) and to date, 2 months later, they still haven't managed to complete the takeover.
Simply unspeakable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile è da giovedì che chiamo per spostare un appuntamento ma niente, non è possibile contattare né il centralino né il singolo consulente. Per scrupolo ho provato a sentire le filiali di Nerviano e Legnano e mi hanno risposto subito con estrema gentilezza. Evidentemente si lavora solo a Parabiago nel mondo, semplicemente RIDICOLI
