★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fusione avvenuta tra le 3 agenzie di Cinisello regna la più assoluta disorganizzazione. Se necessita recarsi allo sportello, armarsi di scarpe comode e tanto tanto tempo da passare in fila. Opera solo uno sportello, con un povero cristo che spesso è costretto ad allontanarsi e intanto la fila si allunga. Per entrare stamattina ho impiegato 5 minuti (solo per varcare la porta)non funziona bene neanche il lettore dell'impronta digitale che mi fatto ripetere 4 volte, peggio di così... Che dire? Il direttore
(credo fosse lui) mi ha detto che ci vuole tempo per organizzarsi e ristrutturare l'agenzia... QUESTE COSE SI PENSANO E SI ORGANIZZANO PRIMA CHE DIVENTI OPERATIVA LA FUSIONE!!!
Following the merger between the 3 Cinisello agencies, absolute disorganization reigns. If you need to go to the counter, arm yourself with comfortable shoes and plenty of time to pass in line. Only one counter operates, with a poor Christ who is often forced to leave and in the meantime the line gets longer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche adesso che le banche dovrebbero essere più vicine ai propri correntisti, bpm continua nei suoi innumerevoli vergognosi disservizi. Nemmeno evitando di creare disturbo alle filiali,recandosi di persona, si possono gestire le operazioni, l'app continua ad essere bloccata, forse per aggiornamenti, e gli sportelli bancomat automatici, non danno la possibilità di effettuare versamenti.
