★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato due stelle non per il servizio allo sportello che in realtà il ragazzo che mi ha sempre servito è da 5 stelle, ma ho dato due stelle per i consulenti che in due occasioni in cui ho chiesto qualche informazione era sempre del tipo: "non si può fare" e non c'era nessuna ottica a proporre una soluzione o un aiuto. L'ultima è stato quando ho chiesto una rivalutazione dei tassi di interessi del mutuo che è alto rispetto a quello che c'è nel mercato e non mi è stato risposto con una proposta ma come sempre con un " niente da fare". Vabe' appena avrò la possibilità cambierò banca.
