★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Liegt etwas versteckt, aber die Wegweiser sind hilfreich. Zu den (sehr gepflegten) Toiletten durch die Türe zwischen den Schaltern.
Very nice and helpful staff. Something is hidden, but the signposts are helpful. To the (very well-kept) toilets through the door between the switches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns hier drei Tickets für Hin- und Rückfahrt nach Neapel (Napoli) geholt. Die Fähre fuhr um zehn vom Terminal ab, dass nur einige Meter vom Ticket Schalter entfernt liegt. Die Dame war sehr freundlich, klärte uns ohne das wir danach gefragt hatten, darüber auf das um 17:15 Uhr die letzte Fähre für die Rückfahrt ging. Für eine Fahrt haben wir 13,20 € bezahlt, was ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist. Die Verständigung war auf englisch möglich.
We got three tickets for the round trip to Naples (Napoli). The ferry left the terminal at ten, just a few meters from the ticket counter. The lady was very friendly, clarified to us without that we had asked about that at 17:15 the last ferry for the return trip went. For a ride we paid € 13.20, which is a good value for money. The communication was possible in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest! Sold us five tickets rount trip tickets to capri when we asked for four and was in a rush and did not accept refunds. Quite annoying considering the high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ticket offices are impossible to deal with. They don't give a damn on your questions or any terrible situations you are in. Try ask any staff who works there. They will still chat on their phones and keep ignoring you. What's worse, some staffs are just some ignorant racists and sexists. Shame on these illiterates.
