★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to grab tickets, only complaint is that it costs more for mobile tickets and the check in for tickets says it closes 30 minutes prior to boarding but that is way too far in advance to be at the port

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Capri and pay a premium price to ride this boat and is a high speed and they cancel with out note advice or anything. Do your self a favor and buy only with Caremar they have bigger bouts and a better schedule

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner booked and paid for our tickets online, we picked them up from their office by the port, not far from where the boat was to be boarded. Had a good, punctual crossing. Give yourself time in advance of your departure to collect the tickets as I imagine it would get quite busy in summer. Then go have a beer at The Picnic Bar by the boarding gate. Easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the service was good but there are a few points that need improvement. First, you can only purchase physical tickets on your travel day. Second, they try to sell you 15€ bus tickets to go from Marina Grande to Capri then Anacapri, which is RIDICULOUS as you can walk from Marina Grande to Capri and then pay for a 4€ 2-way ticket from Capri to Anacapri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boat is good but for the price they charge they should consider not having loud capri tour package salesmen in the boat coming to disturb the journey and they could put toilet paper in the toilets.
