★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy maleducados en taquilla. Inflexibles con los cambios de horario reservados. Creo que tienen mucha demanda para ferris a Capri y no se preocupan por dar buen servicio. En el ferry cierran la parte de arriba y cuando rellenan abajo entonces abren para completar. Así que si tienes billete te puedes esperar hasta que abran y coger mejor sitio que los primeros. No me gustó
Very rude at the box office. Inflexible with reserved schedule changes. I think they are in high demand for ferries to Capri and they don't care about providing good service. On the ferry they close the top and when they fill the bottom then they open to complete. So if you have a ticket you can wait until they open and get a better place than the first ones. I did not like

Arrivata prima dell’orario del mio aliscafo ho chiesto al comandante se poteva farmi imbarcare su quello in partenza senza aspettare 1 ora li.... Verificata la disponibilità mi ha imbarcato.. grazie ancora ❤️
I took the hydrofoil to Naples Beverello for a holiday in Ischia ... friendly and nice staff. Arrived before the time of my hydrofoil I asked the captain if he could let me embark on the departing one without waiting for 1 hour there .... Checked the availability he embarked me .. thanks again ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa, sono stato sulla loro unità veloce Snav Aquila il 17/03/2022 , personale di bordo altamente scortese e senza mascherine , in particolar modo un dipendente addirittura si è rivolto in dialetto molto fiorito, mi chiedo come mai se non ha voglia di lavorare comunque la mattina rompe alle persone, comandante dell’unità che a mio parere dovrebbe cambiar mestiere, sbanda continuamente e varia
la velocità in continuazione causando malessere generale, volevo inoltre segnalare la totale assenza di verifica delle certificazioni verdi, per assurdo un positivo potrebbe benissimo stare a bordo ed infettare tutta la nave, assolutamente sconsigliato
