★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ticket online, it says “this is your eticket, you may board the ferry with this ticket”, lined up to get on the ferry, got to the front, they said I had to go line up at the ticket office to exchange it. Missed my ferry. Day ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rude ticket officer on Oct 18 at 11:45, screaming and insulting customers. Not us personally luckily but other passengers in line. None of the information was posted in any other language than Italian so it's understandable that some people had questions. No reason to scream insults. Would avoid in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Follow google maps, even if it seems crazy. Buy tickets online first and then print them at the machine inside the ticket office. Very easy; we had no problems!

This is very bad impact to the company as well as the country. Please make my comments as constructive and train them for service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an foreign visitor using the ferry terminal first time the access route (by foot) is a bit confusing. The walk from the port gates is a bit and there is not much signage. Yet once inside the terminal the service and set up is pretty good. The cashier was very helpful and the ticketing process straight forward. Ferries are clean and as well are the on board bathrooms.
