★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the actual port of departure for Naples-Ischia or Capri despite what Google or anything else will tell you. English speaking servers which was great, an ATM and a small cafe which all sounds great when you actually find it, however we missed our departure because it's so badly signposted. Loading was very simple once tickets were bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not treat its customers seriously. My ferry departured 4 hours late - noone at ticket office or the harbour know anything. Noone gave me a certain estimate of departure time. The monitors in the waiting room displayed information that the ferry will departure on time (even 3 hours past that time). I arrived at destination 10 hours after planned time of arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the ferry from Naples to Palermo (Sicily). Pretty good value for money and certainly better than expected. It cost ~EU180 for 2 people in a private cabin and our car. The beds where small single bunks and a little uncomfortable, and and the ship long mechanical humming sounds which made it hard to sleep. But all in it was worth it for an easy overnight transit from near the Amalfi Coast to Sicily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is unbelieveable that this level of services even egsists in the middle of Europe in XXI c. 7 hours of delay with no information, just wait another hour, and one more... Passangers have booked expensive hotels in Sardinia and left with no info if there were able to check in on that day. No even bottle of water was organized by Tirrenia as "sorry", waiting on the hot (40 deegres) parking or over crowded dock. COVID - no checking of passports, temperature, nothing. Every surface on ferry was sticky and dirty, no desinfection, antibacterial gel (just empty boxes) or toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Toilets floors covered by urine, litterally every toilet. During two courses I has not seen any employee who was cleaning anything, there was not even such person. I can recommend rather swimming by yourself through the sea than by Tirrenia ferry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy, but nicely managed. Not very long queues. The staff is very alert. They keep eye on everything. The ticket centre is very busy. The staff seems nice. Proper covid-19 measures taken. You can get your trip to Palermo, Sardinia Ischia and almost all the islands around Naples .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an overnight ferry from Genua to Olbia.
The staff does either not wear a mask or wears it improperly and doesn't enforce the mask requirement for passengers on the vessel either. Even the people handling the food don't wear masks.
Since nobody enforces the mask requirement, not a single person in the sleeping area wore their mask and as such we could not use our booked sleeping seats and instead had to sleep in the landing of a stair case where there were no people.
To sum it up, this is the worst ferry company imaginable, would give them zero stars if it were possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ferry experiences. Very unpleasant staff. Very bad conditions on the ship itself (dirty, badly maintained condition), lack of English announcements. We had to also to print carbon copy of the ticket as electronic version was not enough (app not working on iphone). We had a ferry to Sardinia from Civitavecchia to Olbia and return to Livorno with Moby - definitely recommend the second one as it has much better standard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience. This is an Italian ferry company serving the worst food ever.
On top of that they make sure that in order to get it you have to be in a queue that would have been considered “too close to each other” before COVID alteady.
There are better ferries, actually both alternatives that I have used are pretty decent.
