★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei unserer Fahrzeugübernahme stellten wir überrascht fest, das die Sachbearbeiterin kein Englisch sprach, dadurch dauerte die Übernahme des Fahrzeuges knapp 45 Minuten. Anschließend wurden wir in eine schlecht bedeutete Garage zur Fahrzeugübernahme geführt. Die Sachbearbeiterin ging mit einer Taschenlampe um das Fahrzeug herum, um uns zu zeigen das dieses Fahrzeug keine Schäden hat.Dabei wurde der hintere rechte Kotflügel ausgelassen, was sich als Fehler herausstellte.
Bei der abschließenden Rücknahme des Fahrzeuges ging die Sachbearbeiterin ganz zielstrebig auf diesen Kotflügel zu und zeigte uns einen mikroskopisch kleinen Kratzer den wir verursacht haben sollten.Wie gesagt keine englische Konversation möglich.Auf Grund des Zeitfensters hatten wir leider keine Zeit mehr zu tanken.
Für geschätzte 12 Liter wurde uns eine saftige Rechnung von 71 Euro präsentiert.Wieder gab es Diskusionen, die darin endeten das ich mit dem Chef der Autovermietung telefonieren musste.
Alles in Allem handelt es sich um eine absolut unprofessionelle und erschrenkende Abwicklung.
Mein Vorschlag:" Finger weg von dieser Autovermietung.
When we took over the vehicle, we were surprised to find that the clerk did not speak English, so it took almost 45 minutes to take over the vehicle. Afterwards we were led into a badly meant garage to take over the vehicle. The clerk walked around the vehicle with a flashlight to show us that the vehicle was undamaged, leaving out the rear right fender, which turned out to be a mistake.
When the vehicle was finally taken back, the clerk approached this fender very purposefully and showed us a microscopic scratch that we should have caused, as I said, no English conversation possible.
For an estimated 12 liters, we were presented with a hefty bill of 71 euros. Again, there were discussions that resulted in me having to call the head of the car rental company.
All in all, it is an absolutely unprofessional and frightening transaction.
My suggestion: "Stay away from this car rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IM FROM THE PHILIPPINES AND WE RENT A CAR FROM B-RENT, THE RENT IS NOT EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHERS BUT BEWARE OF THEM BECAUSE FIRST THE CONDITION OF THE CAR IS NOT GOOD, AFTER WE RETURNED THE CAR THEY TOLD US EVERYTHING IS FINE AND NO MORE OTHER CHARGES BUT GUESS WHAT AFTER 2 MONTHS IM BACK IN MY COUNTRY THEY CHARGED ME 250 EUROS WITHOUT ANY PROOF WHERE DID THAT CAME FROM. THEY WILL GET MONEY FOR YOU!!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS ALL NEGATIVE! BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS FAKE! WONT EVEN ANSWERING PHONE CALLS NOR ANSWERING EMAILS!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They will even block you from calling them!!!! Customer service rate is ZERO!! -100!! Im so mad with you guys you dont have a heart! You will pay every single euro you deduct from your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap that ends up being expensive - Beware of hidden scratches that may be underneath the car and will not be noticed upon driving out: they will charge you an arm and a leg for them upon returning the car. The advertise brand new cars: well, not even close to be new (unless 38.000 km is new to you).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was difficult from the get-go as the rental contact didn't speak any English so couldn't explain the contract or extra charges. It took about 40 minutes to actually get the car, with ten of those minutes sat in silence. Secondly, we paid extra for a Fiat 500 convertible but got a Ford Fiesta. We would have complained at the time but she wouldn't have understood us so didn't bother. The petrol gauge was only 3/8s full which made returning it to the same level very difficult. Of course this meant we ended up spending more on fuel than we should have if they were like every other car hire place that gives you a full tank. Lastly, when we tried to return it to the downtown office, it was closed despite it being in the contract and being told to return it back to this same location. This meant we had to drive across Naples to return it to the train station office but anyone who has ever driven in Naples will tell you it's not stress-free experience!! Given we paid a substantial amount for the car, the car wasn't what we ordered, the service was bizarre, and the return farcical. Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to collect the car. the collection took forever - wanted a credit card which we had not brought one with us and said our debit card wouldn't do as it didn't have raised numbers when it did. wanted a 1500 euro deposit which is absurd so then they said they would lower to 300 euro if we paid for extra insurance at 45 euros - clearly just a con jon to get more money out of people so beware of this!!! drop off was not much easier, had to go to the office again to get our money/charge back for the 300 the same guy from before was at the desk and yet again took forever leaving us with not much time to get to the plane and we arrived in enough time. the car was a mess, dirt y and no water in the car for the wipers which is dangerous! would not recommend at all
