★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quale turista desideroso da Napoli di andare ad ischia porto per proseguire poi alle terme Poseidon presi un biglietto del primo aliscafo in partenza.Era della Caremar (trovai questo meno costoso di altri..ma ovviamente c'è concorrenza tra compagnie).Ovviamente l'aliscafo costa più del traghetto ma è più velove e secondo me per un passeggero singolo più comodo.(Oltretutto i traghetti partono solitamente non da Beverello ma da Calata di Massa)Il porto era molto affollato e bisogna stare attenti agli annunci e al tabellone per sapere da dove si deve partire.C'è molta confusione ma come in tutti porti di mare...
 As a tourist eager from Naples to go to Ischia Porto to then continue to the Poseidon spa I took a ticket from the first hydrofoil to departure. It was from Caremar (I found this less expensive than others .. but of course there is competition between companies). Obviously the hydrofoil costs more than the ferry but it is more velove and in my opinion for a more comfortable single passenger. (Moreover the ferries usually depart not from Beverello but from Calata di Massa) The port was very crowded and you have to be careful about the ads and the board to know where it must partire.C'è much confusion but as in all seaports ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato i biglietti on line, Napoli - Ischia con Caremar. Sul biglietto nessuna indicazione su dove imbarcare. Dopo mille giri capiamo che dobbiamo arrivare a porta di massa, anche l'accesso all'imbarco, molto complessa e poco chiare le indicazioni. I biglietti on line devono essere comunque stampati al totem prima di partire.
Curiosi disservizi per un servizio che opera quotidianamente su più tratte. Penso basti poco per agevolare l'utente.

I bought the tickets online, Naples - Ischia with Caremar. There is no indication on the ticket on where to board. After a thousand laps we understand that we have to get to the mass gate, even access to boarding, very complex and unclear directions. Online tickets must in any case be printed at the totem before leaving.
Curious disservices for a service that operates daily on several routes. I think it takes little to facilitate the user.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugly, noisy, chaotic...a necessary evil for getting to one of the islands but leave yourself plenty of time as it’s hard to navigate, relatively easy to get tickets, confusing to find your terminal and chaotic to board.
