★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady at the counter is not very friendly. She sold us 2 tickets for departure time 4.25 pm but on the ticket was printed 2.00 pm. We asked and she said no problem. She told us, that the boat would depart at pier number 4 and we where waiting there until arround 5.00 pm. There were 3 boats coming and leaving, at pier 3 departed 1
boat and at pier 4 where 2 boats departing. At pier 4 one boat was too early at 4.00 pm and the other came from Amalfi after 4.30. Indeed one boat left at 4.25 pm, but it
was pier 3. There was no sign and
no other information that it was the boat to Napoli. Then, at 5.00 pm, I asked
an italian men, He was so kind to call the office. Then he told me,
that the boat departed in time and that we can ask at the office to
get the money back. The woman there was waiting alredy for me to say: the boat departed! And I said, but at another pier! She was very grumpy! No help, no sorry, nothing, and then I also was,very grumpy. This is not a service person. My tipp, always ask twice to be shure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the boat from Naples to Sorrento. It was convenient and comfortable. 12.5€ for a ticket and our luggage was no extra charge. 40ish minute ride drops you at the sorrento docks.
The sorrento docks are at the bottom of a cliff! If you have luggage you will have to find some transportation - taxi’s are ~20€, also there is an elevator (1€).
Had a hard time purchasing tickets on the website and the app. The error prompts don’t explain what the issue is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conpletely disorganised. Not a single paper indicating the direction of queues. We sat in the wrong queue in the scorching sun. Just put something indicating the direction of the ferries instead of screaming the direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled from Naples to Ischia in March for a day trip. The ticket agent spoke perfect English and was efficient. He gave me good advice about deciding whether to save €4 by purchasing a return ticket (where you have to commit to a time for your return journey) or purchasing just a single. Managed to catch the fast ferry within 4 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought our tickets to Sorrento here and were told to go to Dock 10 to wait for the ferry. Turns out the correct ferry was at dock 3. Unfortunately we didn’t find this out until we asked a man from the boat that had just docked there, and then had to run to the correct ferry. And that’s the story of how I was 15 seconds from missing my ferry.
(EDIT: I am not able to respond to your response, so hopefully you will see this. The ticket was purchased on October 23 at 11:56AM.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience to buy ticket and to travel was very good. The ride was fast, a bit of delay going to Ischia. Beautiful pictures can be taken with Napoli, Vesuvius, the coast and the islands. Expensive.
