A good, comfortable service to get you from A to B (in low season) but be wary of the staff as an international traveller. Ticket issuer short changed us 10 euro and staff on board over charged us 4 euro for drinks, both staff members I assume pocketed the extra money for themselves. Just double check prices and check your change :)

It’s okay. The ferry gets you to Capri and back. You have to show up 30 minutes early to check in because of how inefficient the process is, but the line moved relatively fast. The seats inside were like airplane seats and there was no air conditioning, so thankfully I brought plenty of water to help me sweat.

We booked our ferry from Naples to Capri online at Direct Ferry. We arrived at the terminal and got our tickets very seamlessly. We had an easy boarding, nice ride across and when we got off the ferry experience. We had no issues with our booked ferry

The little guy selling tickets at Napoli Beverello on the 27.06.2021 at 9:30 Was disrespectful. I got the impression that he doesn't like foreigners. But what is he doing selling tickets to Capri? He must have contact with foreigners every day.

Over crowded Ferry. NO working bathrooms. NO air conditioning. Avoid the Capri to Napoli ferry at all costs. 50 minutes of hell.

Awesome gym. No frills which is why I love it. Go workout and go home. Lots of free weights and dumbbells. Never very busy.

Such a completely disorganized service. Truly astonishingly poor. Bought our tickets in advance online. Showed our tickets to company staff on site who guided us to stand in a _very_ slow moving ticket line. We did, for 30 minutes, only to receive a laugh from behind the ticket window and to be told we didn’t need to stand in line. Everyone (staff and travelers) is confused. The signs are contradictory. Queues are poorly run. Just wow.
