★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato più di un mese prima dell’arrivo.. poi il giorno X all’aeroporto mi arriva un messaggio con carta di credito rifiutata .. e la mia camera assegnata la mattina stessa ad altre persone.. vedo che è già capitato ad altri.. attenzione!
Il titolare ha cercato di aiutarmi dandomi nominativo di altra struttura che ovviamente era già piena.. e io ho dovuto prenotare in altro hotel che mi è costato il doppio!!!
 I had booked more than a month before arrival .. then on day X at the airport I receive a message with a refused credit card .. and my room assigned the same morning to other people .. I see that it has already happened to others .. attention!
The owner tried to help me by giving me the name of another structure which obviously was already full .. and I had to book in another hotel which cost me twice as much !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 a fine novembre in questa struttura, la consigliamo vivamente, dalla posizione alla pulizia fino alle camere veramente molto spaziose e con un terrazzo privato comodissimo
We stayed in 4 at the end of November in this structure, we highly recommend it, from the location to the cleanliness to the really very spacious rooms with a very comfortable private terrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questa struttura qualche giorno ed è stato tutto perfetto. La posizione è ottima , perché è centralissima per spostarsi a piedi, in pieno centro. Si trova di fronte al porto e non molto distante dall’aeroporto di napoli.La struttura è nuova e confortevole ,la camera pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Un ringraziamento particolare va ad Andrea che è stato squisito , gentile e molto disponibile.
I stayed at this property for a few days and everything was perfect. The location is excellent, because it is very central for getting around on foot, in the center. It is located in front of the port and not far from the Naples airport. The structure is new and comfortable, the room spotless and attention to detail. Special thanks go to Andrea who was exquisite, kind and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book here! Seems I wasnt the only one to whom this happend, when I read the reviews.. I found the hotel on booking.com and called to ask something. Then he offered me to book directly per WhatsApp. I did that and we were in contact even the day of our arrival. When we arrived at 15:00 I wrote a whatsapp that we are here and we just got the unfriendly answer that he thought we weren't coming and the room is not available anymore beacuse he couldnt use the credit card. But thats not possible, the card is working and he could have just written a message on whatsapp to solve it. That was just a lame excuse, guess they gave the room just to someone else. So if you wanna be safe that your room is still available when you want to check in, book another hotel.

We tried to book a room on Booking but it never worked because they don't accept american express (which they said they did on booking). When we finally manage to have them on the phone (after calling them a few time because it was difficult to have them and they would not try to call you back), I asked them if I could pay when we get there (the next day) and said yes.
The next day, when we arrived no one was there, and they told us that we had no reservation and to go to an other hotel at night.
Worst experience, go to an other place, you will save you some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame, the hotel cancelled our booking a few hours before our stay without any explanation and we now need to find a different hotel at the last minute. Credit card got cancelled a few times for no reason by the owner as they probably gave our room to someone else. This happened a few times already according to the other reviews you can find on Google. We definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for economy stay in Napoli. Manager, Andre, is very helpful and gives useful advice on what to visit, where to park a car and how to check in even if you arrive late))
Very clean room, bathroom and good coffee-machine in the kitchen. If you have an apartment, facing the sea, you'll be able to take nice photos of the port. Located close to old city center and to marina. Pleasant hiking))
