β β β β β Ottima sistemazione, sia per ordine, pulizia, cordialitΓ , che per location centrale e comoda con tutte le zone della cittΓ . La camera standard pur semplice, ha tutto: frigo, tv, aria condizionata, phon, sapone. Colazione semplice, ma si puΓ² mangiare abbondantemente. Le sfogliatelle napoletane non mancano.
Excellent accommodation, both for order, cleanliness, friendliness, and for central and convenient location with all areas of the city. The standard room, although simple, has everything: fridge, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, soap. Simple breakfast, but you can eat plenty of it. There are plenty of Neapolitan sfogliatelle.

Per il resto siamo rimasti delusi.
Il personale Γ¨ poco presente.
Il lavandino del bagno e il wc molto sporchi. La doccia intasata.
Per non parlare della luce del bagno che si accendeva e si spegneva durante la notte in modo intermittente.
Non aspettatevi di trovare dellβacqua al vostro arrivo ??ββοΈ
The only positive notes: the location and clean sheets.
Otherwise we were disappointed.
The staff is not very present.
Very dirty bathroom sink and toilet. The clogged shower.
Not to mention the bathroom light that went on and off intermittently during the night.
Don't expect to find water upon your arrival ??ββοΈ

β β β β β It's a good location. The facilities are clean and everything works as it should. But the toilet seat was old and was yellowing. It looked unsanitary even though it probably was clean...
The staff was very friendly and helpful so I'll give this place an extra star just because of that. Otherwise I think I would have given this place a three.
