Brand new structure, in the beating heart of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the owner. The room is equipped with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel room. I was positively impressed by the cleanliness and 
the terrace overlooking Piazza Municipio. Excellent location, in the heart of the historic center, easy to reach thanks to its proximity to the port and the metro station Municipio. I will definitely come back.

It is above and beyond my expectations! The beds are incredibly comfortable, everything is super modern and their sauna in the room makes you feel inside a spa for the day without leaving the comfort and safety of your room. The staff was also very accommodating and kind. I look forward to visiting them again!

Great accommodation in the heart of Napoli! Everything is well made and the attention to detail is everywhere - from the Nespresso Machine to the quiet air conditioning units and the high speed internet. Also, the host Fortuna is amazing! Def will be coming back when we are again in Napoli.

Lovely little boutique hotel in an amazing location. Our room had a lovely view, but was also quiet, clean, and with modern touches. The staff also went above and beyond helping us with dinner reservations. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in Napoli. Can’t wait to come back!

Great room and location. Had all that is important - comfort, cleanliness, very good shower, good WiFi and a very good location. Not the easiest to find, though...

Municipio Luxury Suites As someone who usually frequents the major hotel chains, I was very happy with my recent stay at Municipio Luxury Suites. Fortuna, the very personable manager in charge, texted me via WhatsApp on the day of my arrival to ascertain at what time I would like to check-in. She was most accommodating. Making our way on foot from Napoli Stazione Centrale was an easy 30 minute walk, or a short three stop ride from the Garibaldi metro station, opposite Stazione Centrale, to the Municipio metro station. That subway stop is right in front of the building in which the suites are located. Upon entering the enclosed courtyard, we informed the security guard that we were heading to the Municipio Luxury Suites, and after calling to verify, he escorted us to the elevator and used a special remote to allow us access to reach the 5th floor. Once there, signage clearly indicated the entrance to the designated suite of rooms. Fortuna opened the door and welcomed us in a most warm and friendly manner. I'd never seen such an intimate hotel located in a large apartment complex, but the surprise was a very positive one. The suite I had booked was very well decorated to a high standard in both style and material. Porcelain marble tiling was liberally used throughout the suite, not just in the bathroom. The effect was dramatic and very appealing as a modern take on the traditional Italian use of ceramics, stone and hardwood flooring. The lighting, although confusing to master, added additional ambient options that changed as you toggled through the various settings. All electrical and mechanical switches and locks were high tech, from the door entry to the AC control that featured an AI setting. Our suite was fitted with a commodious glass enclosed sauna, not a feature I'd ever seen outside a shower enclosure. The bathroom itself was fairly large with rain and handheld shower heads, as well as a separate bidet. The lighting, provided through narrow channels in the ceiling and mirror, created colored hues that ranged from dim green to bright yellow that you could set depending on mood or practicality. Similar lighting effects were in the bedroom and living area. Although in the heart of the busy Municipio area, the sound insulated doors and windows kept the room very quiet. One could occasionally hear the footsteps of someone in an adjoining or above room if they were wearing heels. That never lasted more than a minute or so. The HVAC in the suite worked very well, and we were always comfortable. Water, assorted beverages, Nespresso coffee pods and biscuits were provided on a complimentary basis and replenished daily. A minibar fridge kept the complimentary drinks cold, with extra space to add one's own. Quality Occitane de Provence toiletries were the house standard. A small safe and a work desk were practical additions and a large corner seating area added value to those more socially inclined. During our stay, we were regularly engaged by Fortuna in conversation, and she was most helpful in her suggestions and recommendations. Our stay was most satisfactory, and we looked forward to returning to our suite after a long day of touring and feasting on the local cuisine. It was like having our own pied a terre in Napoli. I really wouldn't consider staying elsewhere when I return to this part of the world.
