A	Amanda Wallen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accommodations! Right in the heart of Naples you get a fantastic view of Dante's Square from most rooms. Proximity to Old Napoli is beyond great. Highly recommend. Staff was kind and very helpful.

But it was not the biggest issue. The shower practically was not working alt all. The water was basically dropping, taking a shower was taking a long time. We have reported the issues to the reception but unfortunately nothing happen. The reception of reacted saying " I am sorry" but no action beside. Also during the check in problem with payment. We had to pay 12 euro for City tax, no problem, we understand it. Wanted to pay with card, answer: not possible to low amount. Ok, so we will pay later s you alreayd charged us for the reservation. The woman at reception was making such a big problem when we asked if we can pay later cuz we wanna take a shower and rest a bit after travel. Finally we paid with cash, as we found some change, but really for 12 euro making a problem with in check in already ? Only one good thing was the location, really good. But does it worth to have a good location and no service at all ?
M	Meg Strube Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing real special about this place. Rooms are simple and enough for a couple just looking to explore the city and not spend too much time in the room. They charge extra if you want clean towels, just an FYI. View is of the city courtyard which is a scum hole (but that's not their fault I guess). They picked us up from the airport for 30 euros because we were arriving after reception hours and they were super late and were hard to get a hold of, so that was annoying. Marium, the girl who picked us up, was very friendly and helpful. The palace doors helped make us feel safe in the sketchy part of the city we were in.
H	Hanne Ossler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would guess the only reason for their good reviews is their implemented system to make people give them fantastic reviews in exchange for keeping the bags for you when you do the checkout. the room was dirty. many things were broken like the front door, the door handle of the room, and the shower. there was black mold in the bathroom. not to mention how complicated the directions were (several addresses given) and the 200 euro they want to keep for deposit in case anything is broken (when the room already basically is broken). location was good & staff was nice, but that's about it. straight up hustlers
B	Benjamin Schubert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst accommodations I ever stayed at: - rude receptionist that was upset when I decided not to take the "offer" to be exempted from the 200 euro deposit by cancelling my reservation with the booking portal (obviously to save the portal fees, I have reported that also to the booking portal) - we checked out one day earlier, because the room was just uncomfortable (youth hostel style, dirty walls, ugly and cheap furniture, but at b&b price...), actually we did not even sleep there the first night, but the reception was already closed to check out the same day - after early check out the booking was cancelled nevertheless (without my authorization) which caused a lot of trouble with the booking portal to get my booking bonus back (it appeared to them that it was cancelled by me, luckily I had the receipt from the deposit as proof that we checked in) - the good reviews are very likely bought: if I recall correctly the luggage storage was 1 euro per hour(!), you get it for free if you write a good review and show it at the reception... how desperate must someone be! - don't book it!

The first day we couldn't get to the hotel on time because the ferry was late and I wrote a message to the hotel that I can come one hour later after the last check-in time. They said they would charge me 40 euros. I said that this rule is not in booking.com and you can't charge me this fee. And they said I should be happy because they can take me to the hotel. Then we decided to go to another hotel for 30 euros. The second day we wanted to go to the hotel but they cancelled our reservation. We paid the money but we couldn't stay there because we didn't sleep the first night in the hotel. We explained the situation to booking.com and they did nothing either. Such an unfriendly service. Such a money eater. By the way, they require 200€ deposit for one day stay in the hotel. Be careful, be on your guard. I hope no one will experience this kind of situation in the future.
