★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raffaele is a local who has a real passion for his city’s culture and history. He was very professional and spoke loudly throughout the tour which was appreciative (as Naples is loud and he had so much interesting information to tell) check out his other tours as well, this tour definitely doesn’t disappoint if you want the perfect introduction to this fascinating city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite saying that reservations were not necessary, we turned up for the Friday 10.30 am Blood & misery tour and no guide showed up. There were at least 10 people there waiting, and no updates on their website or social media to state that it was cancelled. If we had known in advance, we could have joined another tour but by the time we waited 15-20 minute (and called the office with no response), it was too late. Very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Napoli tour with Claudia and it was great! She told us a lot about the city some history and the culture. We also tried the coffe from naples. I asked beforehand if the tour takes place as it was a public holiday and they replied very fast on Facebook.

Our guide was very charismatic and even gave us some recommendations for places to visit during our stay! I’d totally recommend the tour if you’re just Interested in learning some history about Naples in under 2.5 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Napoli tour with Rafael was a great chance to learn more about the history of the city! He showed us the most important places and also shared bits about the Napolitean culture. It's worth it, the tour itself is free and tip-based, you decide how much you pay.
The only minus was that the guide was a bit late which made the group worried that we were at the wrong place maybe. Fortunately Rafael showed up and the tour followed as scheduled.
