★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, slightly off location but really cool as it is a former monetary. The view from the roof is the best in town! Our room had a direct see view overlooking Vesuvius and Capri. It’s on a hill, all the action appears to be like a 10 minute walk downhill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Views of Vesuvius from our room were beautiful. Service was not too bad. Breakfast was pretty dismal which is a bit shocking for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately wouldn't stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a 4-star hotel. At all. I'd be okay with the hotel and the stay if they had set expectations, to begin with. Our door handle was broken, the elevator was broken, all of the appliances in the room were out of date, the parking situation was an absolute nightmare - the reason why I gave three stars is that the staff were really nice/helpful. But the experience/stay really wasn't up to standard, not for the price (which came with a lot of random fees that shouldn't have been there).
In response to the reply - first, no the door handle literally fell off. Second, “valet parking” - is literally handing the keys to the reception and parking illegally in a disabled parking spot. And as far as appliances - yes, you have an air-conditioner (which didn’t work) and a shower system that barely had any water pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in March, such a beautiful hotel with so many interesting things to see inside it! Could really benefit from a map with all the points of interest including the art and antiques. Especially explaining the room where the miracle happened, we just stumbled upon it! Such a treat to have breakfast on the terrace with the view of Naples, Vesuvius and the bay and hearing the bells chiming from local chapels. I do understand other reviews that mention the breakfast, the quantity of available options is not in dispute, it's the quality of the items thats not in keeping with 4 star. I did ask for fresh juice but was told that is an extra charge. All in all would return.

Great view, really great view from the room on the bay the city and the sun set, absolutely amazing.
Very kind and hospitable staff.
Correct breakfast (not the best ever, but great for the price point).
The top floor with panoramic view is great unfortunately the swimming pool is out of service.
The room is confortable.
Near the airport and the city center a Taxi to the airport should cost around 25 euros, to the city around 10.

The hotel shared areas looks amazing, and the roof terrace is a gem on heart: the view is breathtaking.
Fully recommend staying here.
