★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and delicious fries!! Many local people visit here. There is no table but bar, so it is better for snack than formal dinner. All 'aranchinies' are good and they have many kind of fries. I've been here twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful meal!! Small, quaint Tripperia e Trattoria that serves mostly pasta and tripe in several variations. My brother and I had the Trippa In Umido which is a mixture of intestinal meats, cheek meat and hoof meat, cooked in a light tomato sauce. Have them add Parmesan and it puts it over the top. This dish is not for the faint at heart, but if you are adventurous be sure to try it.
They have other tripe dishes that I would have liked to try, and my sister-in-law had the Pasta Carbonara which she and my brother both said was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves classic Neapolitan trippa, which is basically animal organs covered in lemon juice. It’s pretty bizarre if you’re not used to it, but it’s worth trying — an unusual and significant culinary experience. Just chew your way through. They have other, less-intimidating items for sale as well, which are worth trying. An interesting and cultural important stop while dining through Napoli.
