We booked a pizza lesson for a bachelor party in april 2020. Due to the sanitary situation, we moved our lesson by a year to april 2021. Unfortunatly, the situation is not really better, and our flight have been cancelled. We asked NaplesBay for a refund and they refuse and just propose to move the date. We can not move our date again since it will be a year now that our friend is married...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great opportunity to find out how napoletan pizzaiolos make that genius tasty pizza. Riccardo told us some insights hard to find on the internet. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Keep in mind this is not a pizza making class, it's a storytelling experience where you can see what happens behind the scene in a napoletan restaurant and experiment yourself. Overall we would recommend this for making a better idea of what Napoli and pizza are about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience in a pizza making class. The class is supposed to take 2 hours but the tour guide doesn't care if it takes longer as he's very passionate about pizza and Naples history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riccardo was clearly a very knowledgeable and skilled Pizzaiolo. He was also an excellent teacher and he provided a very enjoyable pizza making experience. Riccardo was also very patient and he knew when to step in to fix potential problems. We got to experience dough making as well as making the pizza. In addition to enjoying the pizzas that we made, Riccardo also provided some lovely local food and a very enjoyable glass of wine. Riccardo also spent a lot more time than the 2 hours allocated to this event and provided tips on pizza making and even helped us learn about Naples and the Napoli culture. I have no hesitation in recommending the pizza and dough making class with Ricardo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the pizza cooking class, it was very fun & interesting. Hope we can make the same pizza at home! The Chef Riccardo was very nice, this cooking class was an enjoyable entertainment for the evening. Price is reasonable given the fact you can eat and drink.

Not only did we learn how to make it, but learned a lot about the history too. Riccardo is very knowledgeable, and made the experience very safe given the coronavirus circumstances. Would thoroughly recommend using Riccardo if your are in Naples. Grazie!
