Lo consiglio e lo prenderò ancora. I went to Naples Pesaro, gone August 9th, return 13th with the children, everything went well. Comfortable, clean, cool, prudent and professional drivers. I recommend it and will take it again.

Alle ore 20:00 si é fermato ad un autogrill per effettuare una pausa di 30 minuti dovuta al superamento delle ore di guida previste per legge (questo perché il bus viaggia con un solo autista). Un viaggio della speranza...chissà con quanto ritardo arriveremo. Per risparmiare qualche euro rispetto alle altre compagnie low cost ci si ritrova nell'incertezza più totale di raggiungere la destinazione ad un orario nemmeno lontanamente prevedibile. In tutto ciò nessun avviso ai clienti é stato dato dalla compagnia. Incompetenti!!! First and last experience with itabus. Route napoli bari bus 1105, departure scheduled at 5.45 pm. The bus left at 19:05. At 20:00 he stopped at a motorway restaurant to take a break of 30 minutes due to exceeding the driving hours required by law (this is because the bus travels with only one driver). A journey of hope ... who knows how late we will arrive. To save a few euros compared to other low cost airlines, you find yourself in the most complete uncertainty of reaching your destination at a time not even remotely predictable. In all of this, no notice to customers has been given by the company. Incompetent !!!

Reservation from Naples to Rome, departure at 12:50 p.m., no bus... No information! Delay of more than 2 hours. Satisfying trip afterwards.

Se poi si riesce a trovare anche tariffe basse (tipo 1.99€), il tutto diventa insuperabile. Recently I have often used the service on the Naples Rome route. Experience, overall, always excellent. And if you can also find low rates (like € 1.99), everything becomes unbeatable.
H	Hiromi Takeuchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本人差別が酷い‼️ バス運転手は日本のワクチンパスポートで乗車できると言ったのに（ファイザー製ワクチン2度接種済み）チケット売場の意地悪なスタッフは日本のワクチンパスポートを認めてくれずチケットを販売してくれませんでした‼️ 最悪で無知な販売員！！日本人に何かしら恨みでもあるのか？？？？ itabus以外はどこでも日本のワクチンパスポートでOKだったのに！！イタリアが大好きで今回で4度目たっぷり3週間の滞在ですが一気にイタリア嫌いになりました。もう2度と来たくない！！隣の売場のFLIXBUSの販売員は親切で快く販売してくれたので何とか目的地までバスで行く事ができて助かりました。 itabusは最悪！！今後も絶対に利用したくない‼️ チケット販売員の名前をチェックすべきだった‼️ Discrimination against Japanese people is terrible! ️ The bus driver said he could get on with a Japanese vaccine passport (Pfizer vaccine has been inoculated twice) The mean staff at the ticket office He didn't accept the Japanese vaccine passport and didn't sell the ticket! ️ The worst and ignorant salesperson! !! Is there any grudge against the Japanese? ?? ?? ?? Everywhere except itabus, Japanese vaccine passports were OK! !! I love Italy and this is my 4th time It ’s been a three-week stay, I hated Italy at once. I don't want to come again! !! The salesperson of FLIXBUS in the next sales floor is kind I was happy to sell it, so I managed to get to my destination by bus, which was a great help. itabus is the worst! !! I definitely don't want to use it in the future! ️ I should have checked the name of the ticket salesperson! ️
M	Mo Traveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had no problem with our document (green cove pass) in Italy. One of us was recovered from Covid and did not have a test. Every where in Italy we showed the document as a person who is recovered. Never had a problem on our trip. But the drivers of the Itabus did not let us to take the bus to Rom because of not having a test. We have had paid for the tickets. One of the drivers told us we could go to the office and change the time of the ticket. But it was incorrect, the office at the 01.01.2022 was closed & we did not get another ticket or our money back. We took a train instead. Not professional.
