★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bolgia infernale. Ho preso tante navi in porti italiani e stranieri ma qui, a casa mia, ho avuto difficoltà. Niente indicazioni precise, solo i nomi delle compagnie, a volte devi fare il check in e a volte no. Per i traghetti un imbarco e per gli aliscafi un altro a circa un chilometro di distanza. Meno male che un pullman ti porta gratuitamente da una parte all'altra, anche se non ci sono indicazioni e devi costantemente chiedere al personale. Hai il biglietto per un orario ma se c'è posto ti fanno entrare anche in quello precedente. Sulle biglietterie on line dicono che devi arrivare un'ora prima, ma non è vero, perché aprono l'imbarco poco prima della partenza. Disorganizzazione totale. Salvo la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto di quello dell'Alilauro.
Infernal bedlam. I have taken many ships in Italian and foreign ports but here, at my home, I had difficulties. No precise directions, just the names of the companies, sometimes you have to check in and sometimes you don't. One boarding for ferries and another for hydrofoils about a kilometer away. Luckily a bus takes you from one place to the other for free, even if there are no signs and you have to constantly ask the staff. You have a ticket for one time, but if there is room, they will also allow you to enter the previous one. On the online ticket offices they say you have to arrive an hour earlier, but that's not true, because they open boarding just before departure. Total disorganization. Except for the kindness of the staff, especially that of Alilauro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very chaotic and disorganised place. Due to italien policy and a fact that they charge on line tickets way more than the ones bought on the docks, place is always overcrowded. Bording on shops and ferries is very dangerous thing, I am always surprised how no one is hurt or worse! Covid prevention rules are very little respected, and once when you get on the ferry, it only gets worse. I dislike it very much.
