★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of staff unworthy of a five-star. The reception was correct, the installation also and after things get complicated. First of all we learn by browsing the menu that consumptions must be 20 euros minimum per person, never saw that... So we order a bottle of dry white wine, the server (who does not know his menu) was not certain that the bottle chosen is dry and tells us that he will come back to us after making inquiries. 5 minutes later another server, disdainful, comes to us and just tells us it's a sweet wine and goes away ... He did not bother to advise us another or just take our order for another bottle. After 10 minutes of extra waiting we decided to go and spend our money elsewhere. 5 stars found in a surprise kinder !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got to this place by mistake: there are two places with the same name in Sorrento- Terrazza Vittoria. We booked a table at Ristorante Terrazza Vittoria and by accident came to this hotel. The staff did not hold back with expressing their schock and disbelief that we came to quote "one-Michelin-star restaurant"! They told us that we aren't dress appropriately and even suggested to lend us pants. We left this place feeling horrible and humiliated. What suprised us the most is that none of the staff who talked to us were bothered enough to let us know that we might be at the wrong place and that there is a restaurant with identical name 200 meters away! One of the places has to change the name, it is incredibly absurd and misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant and Delicious. Very reasonable for the service and quality. Very accommodating for gluten free. They give you a glass of prosecco upon entering and that attentiveness continues throughout the delicious meal. Perfect place for a romantic dinner in this beautiful city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Warning: strangely, there are 2 restaurants of the exact same name in Sorrento. This review is for Terrazza Vittoria at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria.]
We found this restaurant by surprise, randomly walking looking for a place to have lunch, on our way back to Rome.
As we entered the beautiful, long, and manicured garden, we could already imagine the exquisite restaurant waiting for us ahead.
But even the widest imagination was far from reality...
As we entered the spectacular and panoramic terrace, I felt transported in a movie from the 30's. Sitting on top of this 180 degree wide, and perched high terrace, the classic balusters and white statues contrasting with the azure blue of the sea, offer breathtaking and magical views on the bay of Naples.
The restaurant itself is elegant with impeccable service.
I would rate it as one of the most romantic experience in the world !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food. High end wait staff. Every need was anticipated. It is a bit pricey for lunch, worth every penny. The view is amazing, even from inside the restaurant.
Vegetarian options. Small but amazing dessert option for lunch.
Well worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful upscale rooftop bar with unparalleled sunset and night views of the Bay of Naples. Highly recommend going there for post dinner cocktails accompanied by live music. Definitely on the pricey side but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location to watch the sunset and have a few cocktails. The rooftop bar boasted beautiful views of the Sorrento sunset whilst chilling with a cocktail. The speed of service unfortunately was quite slow and we found it very expensive. The menu did not have a wide range of cocktail options so we had Spritzers. Overall it was a nice chilled out experience on one of the evenings on our holiday but I wasn’t overly impressed with the service taking into consideration the prices.
