Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Esperienza da rifare!
Very green mountains overlooking a crystalline sea that bathes a spectacular coast. The scenery of the Amalfi Coast seen from beautiful boat booked with Sorrento Sea Tours for our private tour will always remain in my heart. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. We felt at home. Experience to be redone!

Excellent organization even if we had to pay a supplement of 5 euros per person to be transported from / to hotel-port-hotel. We took advantage of the Positano & Amalfi Premium boat tour, booked online from their website, with a 9-meter gozzo cabin boat instead of an Aprea 36 or an Itama 38, as advertised on the site, which turned out to be a bit tight since we were twelve people ; 6 people traveled in the bow and 6 in the stern. Excellent management of the boat even if with twelve people you could not go beyond 15 miles an hour. Perfectly respected visit program as well as free sandwich snack, water and soft drinks.

An agency you can't trust. We booked a big boat via click & boat with a skyper to make a family cruise (we were 11). However, before and during the cruise we faced several unpleasant surprises : - The day before the cruise, 15 minutes before the agency closes our skyper asks us to change to bigger boat due to a technical problem on the previous one, and asks us to pay an extra 100 euros. Without any other option, we are obliged to accept. - The D-day we arrive at the agency which informs us that we will have to pay the gasoline costs at the end of the cruise, as agreed, and as we wanted a precise itinerary, we ask to Clementina from the Agency about the approximate amount of gasoline costs regarding this precise itinerary. She announces us 50 to 100 euros maximum approximately : we were far from the reality, we had to pay 300 euros for gasoline !!!!!!!!!! (but we discovered this at the end of the cruise) - We then board the boat that arrives 30 minutes late, and at that moment the skyper informed us we had to go to another marina before to begin our cruise as this is not his boat and he had to present his identity documents and contract to the security guard before to go. We are wasting another 30 minutes reaching the other marina where a person (so-called the owner of the boat) joins us on board to force us to sign a 2nd contract (different from the one we signed on click on boat). They are agressive and didn't want to answer our questions. We finally start our cruise at 10:30 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. The cruise itself was good but we are very disappointed with the organization and the misleading information given by the members of the agency who pretended not to understand our complaints whereas they were speaking french very well. For all these reasons we do not recommend this agency.

Do not book anything with this company. We were set up through this company from the host of the apartment we stayed at. For starters, they only take cash at the ticket booth so if you have to use an ATM, it charges $20 as a fee to use it, which is a complete ripoff. We were told so many false promises, like there would be snorkeling, an open bar on board, a shower and bathroom to change in so we could just jump off the boat and swim, and a limoncello tasting, among many other amenities. We were told that it was a private boat tour, yet we were with four other people who were just as confused as we were. We paid 90€ each for a “private boat tour” to Capri where no amenities were provided. The boat was small, not as advertised, and had only a cooler with water, Coke, and Peroni. They dropped us off at a small, tourist-y part of the island with only a couple of hours to explore. It was a complete waste of time and money, it’s such a scam and they take advantage of the language barrier. I wish we would’ve looked at the other reviews on TripAdvisor that echoed our experience. Do not listen to the other glowing 5 star reviews-- they were coincidentally posted hours after I posted this review so that the company wouldn't have only a 1 star review on Google. Genuinely, such an awful company fixated on scamming innocent tourists. Please, do not give them your money unless you want disappointment.

Horrible experience. Avoid them at all costs! We had booked via Airbnb a day trip to Capri from Sorrento by boat with this agency (Sorrento Sea Tours). The trip was announced to start at 9h30 from Sorrento's marina piccola and should have been of 8h total, coming back to Sorrento at 17h30. They advertised several activities throughout the experience (departure 9h30, several drinks on the trip to Capri island, snorkelling, swimming, 4h free time on the island, swimming in Giovannas natural sea pool and a glass of Limoncello before arriving back to Sorrento at 17h30). We had booked this experience for the 17th of july 2019 and we got to the marina piccola well in advance. We sent several messages to them to ask where exactly was the meeting point, without getting a reply. We finally found their stand on time and they told us that we just had to wait until the boat came. Just 10 minutes they said. After having spent 1h45 waiting with no real information about why there was this delay, they finally told us that the boat had an engine problem and they automatically cancelled the trip. Nearly 2h after the initial starting time! Needless to say, we lost the entire morning there doing nothing but waiting without any information, and we had to pay a day's parking fee for nothing (18€!!). As a solution they asked Airbnb to refund us the price we paid and offered us to do the trip the next day and paying them directly. As a "compensation" for the inconvenience they offered a 10€ reduction for each of us with respect to the price we paid through Airbnb. Given that Airbnb probably charges them a certain percentage of the price for "Service fees", the reduction probably didn't make them lose money in our compensation. So we rescheduled for the next day (because we really wanted to do this trip) and we came back at the same time. They rushed us in a boat where we were 2 people more than the maximum they announced (10 people max on the boat) and started the trip at 9h30. The trip was with another charter boat company, called MBS Blu Charter. The experience with them was great (the skipper Luigi was fantastic). However, Sorrento Sea Trips announced several things during the trip which weren't true: we did not get to swimm at Giovanna's natural sea pool, the tour was not of 8h (as we got back to Sorrento at 16h15) and the Limoncello glass at the end was nowhere to be found. Normally I wouldn't care about having or not a glass of Limoncello as it wasn't our main goal for the trip. But given the problems we had with these people we felt scammed. Conclusion: avoid them at all costs and if possible, book your tour to Capri with the boat charter MBS Blu Charter directly.

Booking this tour was a little confusing via the serrento sea tour website. We never received a proper confirmation email. That being said it is probably best to stop by the booking booth on the left(end on the building) of the tabacco shop at the Port. The tour was amazing!! The captain was very kind and accommodating. Also very knowledgeable about driving the vessel! We stopped a couple of times to swim in some beautiful local spots. The stops in the towns on the tour were short but that was ok since we spent other days touring the towns. I would have been fine just spending the whole day on the beautiful boat! Thank-you for a very memorable tour!

There was follow-up by Anna from the beginning. there were some setbacks regarding the date we had chosen for the tour, but apart from that it was excellent. On the day, they picked us up and dropped us off near the B&B where we stayed. The tour itself was beautiful. Our guide was super friendly and he still knew how to speak Portuguese! 5 ⭐️ The only thing missing was the limoncello at the end but it wasn't a problem.
