β β β β β I had booked a shuttle with this company to collect me from Naples airport on 09.08.18 and take me to my hotel in Sorrento. My flight was delayed and so I phoned Mr Gargiulo at Blu Welcome Travel, explaining that I would be on a later flight in the evening. He told me that they could send a private driver for β¬85.00, but that I would have to pay in advance. I did this and then my next flight was delayed again and I emailed Mr G, who replied that their driver would wait for me. When I arrived in Naples at 01.30 the following morning there was no driver waiting, so I telephoned him on their "emergency" number. Mr Gargiulo told me that as I was 2 hours late what did I expect. I had to pay another β¬120 for a proper taxt to take me to Sorrento. I phoned him the next day for a refund and he laughed at me and put the phone down. Do yourself a favour and do not have anything to do with this company. If you do, do not pay in advance as they will not wait for you if there is a delay. Pay a bit extra and book a proper taxi.

β β β β β We used blu welcome travel to arrange our travel for our large party of 9 including two elderly in wheel chair for two days. The communication and arrangements with Carmen were terrific. She was very responsive and organized. We arranged two days of private tours and they arranged two vans for two days of travel all to meet our needs. On day one we traveled from Naples to Pompeii. Our guide Anna toured us on accessible path for wheel chairs and we were able to tour Pompeii with no problems. Anna was born and lives near sorrento and studied architecture and is very knowledgeable about the history of the area with local tidbits on food, living in the country side and life in southern Italy. They brought us to a fantastic restaurant on the mountain of Vesuvius. The rest of our group hiked Vesuvius while the elderly enjoyed the scenes of the restaurant. On the 2nd day blu welcome travel arranged the drivers and parking at amalfi, positrano and sorrento including a boat tour in amalfi. Anna and blue travel made special arrangements for our consideration for parking and pick up and where to travel with the wheel chairs but a trip that was also enjoyable for the the rest of the group. We highly recommend blu welcome travel for the personalized service.
