★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A due passi dalla stazione dei treni, abbiamo noleggiato una vespa per andare sulla costiera amalfitana ed è stata una esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! Maria, gentile e disponibile, ci ha assistito e consigliato, torneremo senz'altro! Consigliato!
A stone's throw from the train station, we rented a vespa to go to the Amalfi coast and it was an experience to be repeated absolutely! Maria, kind and helpful, assisted and advised us, we will definitely be back! Recommended!

Scooter prenotato con mille difficoltà, la sera prima alle 21 mi informano che lo scooter sarà disponibile non dalla mattina (come pattuito) ma dalle 15 con uno sconto ridicolo. La prendiamo comunque perché non ci sono alternative.
Riconsegna la mattina dopo. Peccato che lo scooter non parte, batteria scarica. Sto aspettando l'assistenza da più di un ora e mezza. al telefono mi dicono che hanno altre priorità. 2 giornate rovinate.
Vergognoso. Pessimo.

Scooter booked with great difficulty, the night before at 9 pm they inform me that the scooter will be available not from the morning (as agreed) but from 3 pm with a ridiculous discount. We take it anyway because there are no alternatives.
Drop off the next morning. Too bad the scooter does not start, low battery. I've been waiting for assistance for over an hour and a half. on the phone they tell me they have other priorities. 2 ruined days.
Shameful. Bad.

Prenotazione fatta 1 mese prima tramite WhatsApp con versamento dell'acconto.
Il giorno della prenotazione ci presentiamo all'orario prestabilito fuori dalla porta del noleggio trovandolo chiusa.
Dopo 1 ora esatta di attesa in piedi e sotto il sole di agosto ci chiamano per dirci che la tipa del noleggio aveva sbagliato a segnare il giorno (nonostante per messaggio ci aveva confermato la data e orario giusti) e che lo scooter non era più disponibile... Ci hanno fatto perdere 1 mattinata e rovinato tutto il programma della giornata. Poi appena arrivata la ragazza ad aprire il negozio ci siamo fatti ridarel'acconto versato e ce ne siamo andati.
Comportamento davvero superficiale e menefreghista.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

Reservation made 1 month in advance via WhatsApp with payment of the deposit.
On the day of booking, we show up at the scheduled time outside the rental door and find it closed.
After 1 exact hour of waiting standing and under the August sun they call us to tell us that the rental girl had made a mistake in marking the day (despite the fact that she had confirmed the correct date and time by message) and that the scooter was no longer available ... They made us lose 1 morning and ruined the whole program of the day. Then as soon as the girl arrived to open the shop, we had the deposit paid back and we left.
Really superficial and indifferent behavior.
I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We showed up in the morning and rented a fantastic little red Vespa. They were extremely nice and explained all the details of the rental contract and return policy. They even gave us some useful tips for parking in Positano which is where we drove.
I know where I'll book my scooter from next time. 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Problems at all. Great 125cc nearly new Vespa. Very comfy and plenty enough power for both myself and my wife. We enquired when walking past the shop late afternoon, arranged to pick up the following morning and had a fabulous experience exploring the Amalfi Coast, dropping the bike off at the end of the day. Most definitely the best way to do it. You can pretty much stop where u like to take photos and parking is easy. Loved every minute of it. Very friendly and helpful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived to Sorrento with nothing booked and were desperate to explore the Amalfi coast on a vespa! Having being turned away by a number of places, Maria at Rent Sorrento Scooter was extremely accommodating and managed to get us a nice red Vespa for 3 days!! It made our trip and she was super kind. Can't recommend this place enough and I will for sure be back!!
