β β β β β Me and my girlfriend rented a scooter here for 5 days in August. We initially wanted a Vespa however Ida suggested us a Liberty for the type of trips we were planning, she even suggested to try with the liberty for one day and then perhaps go back the day after that she would have kept a Vespa for us. We eventually decided in the end to keep the Liberty as it was amazing! She explained us where to go and how to get the best out of the scooter, very polite, in a perfect English with a lot of enthusiasm.
Last but not least, no bad surprises at the end.
I rarely leave reviews, but in this case it really deserved it.
Go there without any doubt to rent your scooter if you are staying in Sorrento.

β β β β β Fantastic service with really nice staff. Just rented an electric moped for 5 days and it was super fun! The couple (I assume) who run the place are very helpful. Even allowing us to rent it for just an evening to return in the morning. It's a bit more expensive than I thought but we'll worth it given how helpful and accomadating the owners are.
P. S. Electric scooter really is great and perfect for sorrento!

β β β β β Do it!
This was one of my favorite things we did during our stay in Sorrento.
The staff at Soβ¦Rent was kind and informative.
Even with gas prices being super high, after riding the Vespa from Sorrento to Positano and back again, it cost under 5 euros to top up the tank!

β β β β β We wanted a Vespa to do the Amalfi coast by ourself (didn't want to be in these tourist bus with no freedom). We were able to stop many times where we wanted to take pictures of this beautiful coast. Positano, Amalfi and Ravello were the main stops and are gorgeous little towns to not miss.
So...Rent provided a 125cc Vespa for 50β¬ for the day (+ 6β¬ to refill the tank). The scooter was in really good conditions and we felt safe all the way. The two people we met there were really kind and provided clear instructions about the scooter.
I decided to go with them because of the other reviews. Reading the replies of the owner made my choice. We can see that the people who complained were usually doing something wrong... If you don't know how to drive a scooter, don't rent it.
Thanks to So...Rent we had an amazing day. Cheers guys!

β β β β β Incredibly happy with the Service from SO Rent. I rang fairly last minute on Saturday evening and they were able to offer me a Scooter for the very next morning (Sunday). It is off season so I think they also came and opened up the shop just for us to collect and return. Arranging collection was a simple signing of a form and provide my license and credit card details (nothing is taken off the credit card unlike some places).
Don't be put off by their Electric Scooters. I did the Amalfi coastline 2 up and had plenty of battery left. They will provide 2 batteries. The first battery made it all the way to Amalfi and half way back. Do pay attention to their instructions on opening the seat. Once open it's a simple case of unplugging the battery and switching it over.
The Amalfi coast road is quieter in the off season (March). It was around 14Β°c but I am told it's nornally warmer. It was warm enough for us. I would reccomend that you have motorbike or scooter experience elsewhere as the road itself is still busy and challenging, however it is the best way to explore this coastline.
There is no Sat Nav, however once you reach the Amalfi Coast road, it's one continuous road the the town. I would also recommend wireless earbuds for directions. I used the Google buds which provided clear instructions to get me out of and back into Sorrento. Pay attention to no entry, one way roads too haha.

β β β β β We were on our way to rent a scooter from another place when we found Soβ¦Rent! We stepped in because we saw the white 125cc Vespa on display and asked the rate for the day. The rate was cheaper than the competitors we were going to and it took only 5 minutes from walking in the door to being on our way to Positano on the Vespa.
The staff was friendly, straight forward, and nice to chat with. We returned the scooter full of gas and without issue. The bill was settled and we were on our way for dinner.
Thank you for your help and we suggest you rent from SOβ¦RENT!
