★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a cozy place and the food is not great. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for something nicer. We had the burger and fries and to be honest, McDonald's is better, take that as you will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is definitely a good place to grab some food the service is fast however the food is medium quality. Pros that it has Wi-Fi quick quick food, fast seating cons medium quality food crepe was salty, the waffle was dry. The family next to me ordered a burger and their buns we're burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu notes specific items may be served from frozen ingredients instead of fresh so I went to the effort to pick one that that would be served fresh. My pasta came out steaming but mostly cold. Also the drinks we were served were out of date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times while on my break. Great value for money, food was nicely presented and tasted fantastic. Loved the waffles and most of all a propper cup of tea. Which in Italy, I think is a rare find. Thank you for making us feel welcome. ❤
