★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a lovely scene spoiled. on a balmy street with palms and would be delightful were it not for 1) an abundance of trash littering nearly every table, the floor and flowerbeds, 2) the rude staff, 3) the poorly-made drinks. We ordered at the counter and were told “go outside, we will serve you.” 1/2 hour later i asked about the staff cleaning our table and bringing the drinks, to which “we don’t have service today” ...why then send us out amongst your trash? Avoid.
