★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled from Naples to Praiano and then Praiano to Naples airport and the drivers were friendly, first driver gave us a proper tour guide vibe too. Cars very clean and comfortable. The office emails you prior the trip to confirm everything and I’ll happily use them again when I come back to this area in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was a nightmare!! Do not use. They were very late. The driver was beyond rude. We called three times. Our ride share folks waited almost two hours. The driver was mad about something. He had air cond on but only on him. He was such a creep. Unreal!!! We were all shocked. Disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I booked a ride from Sorrento to Naples on October 9th, it was the most horrific ride ever, a complete waste of time and money. My friend and I both had to squeeze into the front seat directly beside the driver. The driver was yelling into his phone for the entire duration of the trip, it was extremely rude, exhasting and distracting. This ride is well over an hour and he didn’t stop yelling into his phone. During the trip in addition to yelling into his phone he would also constantly be texting/looking at his phone while driving at a high speed along the coast, extremely dangerous. You can take the train for half the time for 2 euro, instead we opted for the driver to have a comfortable experience, instead we got anything but! I’m sure the agency is a good agency and the woman that helped us book was very nice but overall this was an awful experience and terrible drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. We paid 35 euros per person for a private car ride from Naples to Sorrento. The driver picked us up 45 minutes late and changed the location twice. He was constantly on the phone, he picked up 4 more passengers in the middle of nowhere. In order to avoid tolls, he took the busiest road. The agency didnt give us any proper explanations. Not recommendable at all.
