★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience, nous avions réservé un véhicule pour 2 jours via booking avec cette agence, ils ont refusé de prendre notre CB car il s’agissait d’une carte de débit et non de crédit pour donner la caution (c’est à dire les CB usuelles en France, une Mastercard Gold…). 3 employés qui n’ont proposé aucune solution à part conserver notre argent sans nous donner de véhicule. On aurait même dit qu’ils se foutaient de nous. Une honte! Je pense que ça doit arriver souvent car l’employée en prenant ma CB a de suite regardé s’il y avait écrit débit ou crédit sur la carte…. Bref c’est du los cost limite arnaque, mieux vaut aller à des agences connues telles que Europcar
 Very bad experience, we had reserved a vehicle for 2 days via booking with this agency, they refused to take our credit card because it was a debit card and not a credit card to give the deposit (i.e. the usual credit cards in France, a Mastercard Gold, etc.). 3 employees who offered no solution except to keep our money without giving us a vehicle. It even looked like they were making fun of us. A shame! I think it must happen often because the employee taking my credit card immediately looked to see if there was debit or credit written on the card…. In short, it's a scam, it's better to go to known agencies such as Europcar

Super friendly, super easy, no problems.
Fairplay with the price, no hidden costs like with other rental agencies.
Would definitely recommend and also rent again!
Generally super nice and helpful people working at the agency!
