★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fuss car rental, expensive, but the fiat 500 we got was perfect. However, I would have preferred the staff to give more advice about parking in Sorrento at night. Everywhere in Italy there is free parking at night but when we came back to the city people from businesses and hotel receptions told us there was no free parking whatsoever in Sorrento. We ended up paying 24€ to park the car in a private parking. The next day when I dropped the car off at Europcar branch I mentioned as a general feedback that it would had been nice to have some information about parking at night in the city beforehand. The lady at the desk got very defensive saying basically I should have asked before as they cannot possibly give all the information at check in time. It’s their job to advise people from abroad about details like this though, as it concerns both the customer and the safety of their own cars! And if something like this happens and you can’t actually do anything about it anymore, the least you can do is to be empathetic and apologise, as your customer is clearly not happy. Just be a decent human being next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly , young staff, and efficient. There was a guy here who was a big fan of Legend of Zelda, who was very cool. Otherwise, no complaints. Got my car and started driving ! No complaints. They were much more pleasant than the drop-off point in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok rental place if you know italian language. If not better to use Hertz what across street. Book car with Expidia and pay full coverage but at Rental place they asked $60 more for full coverage. Look like they scamming for more money.
