Poiché mi sono permessa di vedere anch'io sul Cell. voli per amica, sono stata verbalmente aggredita e chiamata maleducata dalla dipendente davanti ad altri clienti.A nulla è valso dirle che mi scusavo, che non volevo prevaricarla. Ma certamente non poteva permettersi di chiamarmi maleducata, lei che nell'atteggiamento aggressivo e offensivo, ha mostrato tutta la sua maestria nella scarsissima educazione.Da evitare.
 I went in today to buy a friend a plane ticket. Since I allowed myself to see my friend's flights on the Cell too, I was verbally assaulted and rude by the employee in front of other customers. Nothing was worth telling her that I apologized, that I did not want to abuse her. But she certainly could not afford to call me rude, she who, in her aggressive and offensive attitude, showed all her mastery in very poor education.
