★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen.Geht anscheinend alles drunter und drüber.Obwohl wir 8.Monate im voraus gebucht hatten ,gab es ständig überbuchte Hotels so das wir 3x umziehen mussten,nie wieder mit denen!!!!Vorsicht,sind anscheinen Supunternehmen für deutsche Reiseunternehmen.
 Not recommended. Apparently everything went haywire. Although we had booked 8 months in advance, there were constantly overbooked hotels so we had to move 3 times, never again with them !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io capisco che il pacchetto proposto era buono come prezzo, ma bisogna essere chiari subito già nel volantino che le escursioni facoltative se fatte tutte costano più del pacchetto proposto, per le escursioni a pagamento il tutto è fai da te, non è previsto l utilizzo di promozioni per gruppi, spiaggia lo tana non certo di pregio on mare sporco e vicino a una discarica, in albergo assegnato non degno delle 4 ****, disorganizzato, stanze poco pulite pasti miseri, il personale impacciato soggiornato dal maitre che non ammette variazioni. Forse sarebbe stato meglio far pagare un po' di più, essere più trasparenti, e non asserragliarsi dietro a scuse inutili.. Non farò mai il passa parola
I understand that the proposed package was good as a price, but it must be clear immediately in the flyer that the optional excursions if done all cost more than the proposed package, for the paid excursions everything is do-it-yourself, the use of promotions for groups, lo tana beach certainly not of value on dirty sea and near a landfill, in a hotel assigned not worthy of the 4 ****, disorganized, unclean rooms poor meals, clumsy staff stayed by the maitre who does not allow variations . Perhaps it would have been better to charge a little more, be more transparent, and not barricade themselves behind useless excuses .. I will never spread the word.

Personale qualificato e gentile.
Peccato l'organizzazione approssimativa della Giglio Travel con continui cambi di programma senza avviso preventivo e senza possibilità di soluzioni alternative.
Le gite vengono condotte, anche affrontando rischi col maltempo, pur di non dover uscire dai rigidi dettami dell'agenzia e non dover rimborsare nessuno.
Wonderful conference hotel in Castellammare di Stabia with excellent cuisine.
Qualified and kind staff.
Too bad the rough organization of Giglio Travel with continuous changes of program without prior notice and without the possibility of alternative solutions.
Trips are conducted, even facing risks in bad weather, while not having to get out of the agency's strict dictates and not having to reimburse anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic tour with this company to the Amalfi coast, looking forward to the other 2 we have booked with them. I left some items on the mini bus by accident. The response I got from them was first class and they very kindly delivered them back to me at my hotel the very same evening. Customer service doesn't get better than that. Highly recommended, 5 stars :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver who picked us up at Napoli Airport was arrogant and rude. He was very unhappy as to why we weren't prepared to wait 2 hours for passengers from another UK airport to join us in the arrivals hall where we had to stand.
Left us waiting for 20 minutes in the pouring rain outside the airport at an unofficial pick-up place and told us he wouldn't be picking us up to return us to the airport when we were going home. So you can recognise him, he's a rather portly, untidy chap who drives too fast and plays loud music in his minibus.
