★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience: the car was full of hits, pieces were missing, tires were old, no liquid to wash the windshield, they didn’t even do a check of the car we had to insist on it, and cherry on the cake the tank was half empty in contrast to the contract we had just signed. Hopefully, and this is why it’s not a 1 star review, the manager was understanding our complains. This agency is not at all at the level of service of the company has shown us in other countries like Spain, Portugal or France.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to drop the car off at 2 in the afternoon but the office was closed until 4. Hertz official website said that the location supported after hours drop-off but I could not locate the drop-off locker to drop the keys neither did I find the location to park the car outside so had to park half-mile away and had to wait 2 hours to go back to their office to drop the car in person. Seems like they prefer afternoon nap to good business.

I returned my vehicle this morning -which seemed brand new! - and I was really impressed at how well the attendants handled a very upset (and very tired) traveler this morning. They stayed calm and handled his temper tantrum very professionally. Parking is a little difficult when you return the car, so plan ahead time wise. Other than that, no problems at all I will rent from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 months after renting a car there for 2 days , i got charged 38 euro. Why do you even still have my credit card information? you are just unlucky that i happen to have a lawyer in the payroll so its gonna be free of charge. Within a few days time the lawsuit will be at your door. Have fun.
