Successivamente ad una prenotazione avvenuta 3 settimane prima, ci siamo trovati impossibilitati al ritiro nel giorno prestabilito, prontamente abbiamo chiamato per posticipare di un giorno e ci hanno chiaramente detto che non c’era nessun problema.
Tutto bene, se non fosse che poco dopo arriva la mail di disdetta della prenotazione... richiamo per chiedere informazioni e vengo liquidato con sufficienza arroganza e totale mancanza di professionalità.
Avevamo programmato la vacanza basandoci su quel noleggio. Posto sconsigliatissimo, una vergogna.
Aggiungo siamo turisti e non so perché ma ho la netta impressione che con un napoletano non sarebbe mai successo.

After a booking made 3 weeks before, we found ourselves unable to collect on the scheduled day, we promptly called to postpone it by one day and they clearly told us that there was no problem.
All is well, except that shortly after the booking cancellation email arrives ... I call to ask for information and I am liquidated with sufficiently arrogance and total lack of professionalism.
We had planned the vacation based on that rental. Not recommended place, a shame.
I add we are tourists and I don't know why but I have the distinct impression that with a Neapolitan it would never have happened.
