Esperienza purtroppo negativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il titolare alla mia richiesta di assistenza per un casco shark acquistato da lui che dopo qualche settimana aveva presentato problemi di fissaggo alla visiera (visiera che poi è venuta via completamente) si è rivolto con fare arrogante e toni sprezzanti, dicendomi, nonostante fossero passati più di 4 mesi dalla mia richiesta di assistenza e nonostante il casco fosse ancora in garanzia, che il problema non era il suo ma bensì il mio e mi ha invitato a risolverla da solo in quanto l'azienda non aveva risposto alla sua richiesta. tutto questo parlando dietro un angolo senza neanche mostrarsi ...che dire? Complimenti per la serietà e la professionalità nel servizio post-vendita come se poi il denaro non fosse stato incassato da lui. pessimo è dir poco, di sicuro non acquisterò più nulla in questo negozio
