Auto noleggiata con Thrifty, di fatto gestita allo sportello Hertz. Procedura fluida all'arrivo, ma il prezzo (pattuito al momento della prenotazione come "tutto compreso") risulta maggiorato di circa 10 € senza nessuna spiegazione valida. Il veicolo inoltre non è quello previsto (Fiat Panda invece di Toyota Yaris) e non è pulito. Ho dovuto richiedere espressamente l'invio della fattura finale, dato che ad alcuni giorni dalla fine del noleggio ancora non ve n'era ancora traccia.
Car rented with Thrifty, actually managed at the Hertz counter. Fluid procedure on arrival, but the price (agreed at the time of booking as "all inclusive") is increased by about € 10 without any valid explanation. The vehicle is also not as expected (Fiat Panda instead of Toyota Yaris) and is not clean. I had to expressly request the sending of the final invoice, since a few days after the end of the rental there was still no trace.

Sia come thrifty che come Hertz c'è sempre una fila tremenda. Da 30 a 60 minuti di attesa. Sul monitor è il numero 25. Io ho il 37.
Both as a thrifty and as Hertz there is always a tremendous line. 30 to 60 minutes of waiting. It is number 25 on the monitor. I have 37.

Very bad service They refused to deliver me the car although I paid all the amount and I presented all required documents They also didn't refund me the amount I paid

I have never had such an insulting customer experience trying to reach an English speaking person at Malpensa. 4 times in a row they just break the line instead of putting me through.

Service was ok, car was ok, BUT I paid for fullcover and it turned out that the fullcover was trough some other company and that they cant confirm it and in the case of any damage to the car I need to pay them first and then contact some company for a refund!!! Never again...
