★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bough a TUMI back pack in the BRICS and Tumi Store, I was in rush because my fly was on time….. I tried really quick the back pack, that’s way I can not pay attention that was heavy for me…. After 5 minutes to carry it , I come back to the store and I explained to the sales person, a blond -short cut hair woman if she can change my back pack for another light….. the new one cost less than the first one. She told me that I have to buy for the same quantity of money…. That I can’t not return …. I never seem something like that, never…. It take me out to the possibility to buy or recommend that store to any one…. The worst politic and the worst attention around the world.
