★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma è normale che allo SNACK BAR MOKA CAFFÈ dell'area imbarco di Malpensa alle 20,30 ci sia una sola persona che serve e debba fare panini, cassa (manipolando soldi) e caffè. Ma la sicurezza? Se dovesse avere un malore? Ma la soddisfazione del cliente, visto che la coda è notevole? E l'igiene visto che tocca soldi e panini? Lei si dà da fare ma l'organizzazione che tende solo al massimo profitto mi sembra molto scadente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What was that I just had? Seemed like syrup hot chocolate and cup so small it looked like a sample cup all for 2.60 euros. It got thick towards the bottom because I think it was too small . Little water so I asked for more water.

Despite encountering bad customer service before I've never felt the need to write a review but the staff of Moka drove me to it today. Due to my job I frequent MXP regularly and each and every time the staff seem to do their utmost to out do the rudeness of my previous visit. Good sandwiches tho!
