Y	Yohei Tsuji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく酷く混雑します。飛行機の出発時刻の2時間前に空港に着いて列に並んでも窓口に辿り着けず、免税手続きが出来ないままフライトになりました。イタリアでは免税を期待した買物はリスクがあると理解するべきです。 Anyway, it gets very crowded. Even if I arrived at the airport two hours before the departure time of the plane and lined up in a line, I could not reach the window and the flight was completed without tax exemption procedures. It should be understood that shopping in Italy that expects tax exemption is risky.

A	Aziz Alzahrani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! If you are not holding a European passport, they will steal your tax refund, and no one can get it back! They are rude and unprofessional. The line was empty, and the lady inside the box saw us standing by the window but did not move! Then after talking to us, she was rude and not willing to help, she sent us to the government clearing customs. We bought from France and Italy, and they did not give us one dollar back! This is a very backward system and a third-world kind of country.

She is really well trained, systematic and professional. I really felt glad she was there to assist us as we were really confused with the tax refund procedures in Italy. Pls help me send my compliments to her. Good job, great attitude and pleasant personality.
h	hind alali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse tax refund place ever in the world ?, I have been to many countries and have dealt with tax refund but a place like this it will be the last time ever I fly from malpensa Milan .. Milan should keep a good reputation to the visitors coming and visiting Italy and train the tax refund employees some manners and be respectful. I have read the comments about this place before arriving but said I will judge my self when I see but what people have wrote is true. People in Milan were so sweet and helpful but global blue employees in malpensa airport have removed all goodness from the whole trip .
