Unfortunately unexpectedly slow in service since minimum staff to accommodate for the customers waiting. And in covid era where not much travellers. So sad . Would definitely not be the first choice next time.

Very bad experience, i had a very dirty car with full of scratches. The staff is rude, try to avoid Europcar!

It is not acceptable to be greeted at the desk with "Do you have a reservation here with us? You are lucky that I am still here..." Apparently EUROPCAR MXP T1 closes at 21:30, whether there are reservations in progress or not. I ask myself the reason for indicating the arrival flight number and your mobile number (obviously not used to find out if I were late or if I had canceled the trip) when booking. My flight landed on time at 21:05, but I had to wait for my luggage at the conveyor belt for at least 20 minutes. After that, I quickly went to the EUROPCAR desk. On the rental contract the pick-up time is indicated 21:47. It would perhaps be useful for SN to review partnerships and contracts in progress with rental car companies, in order to ensure the continuation of their excellent service in flight even once customers arrive at their destination. If the airline's website proposes the link to a rental service when booking the flight, the quality level of the experience will in turn be linked to that offered by the airline.

You reserve a specific car category online and when you get there they give you a smaller car and if it’s no good you have to pay to upgrade. They also pulled a scam Requesting proof I had a license for at least 4 years being 27 it was my second issued dl that was recently issued so shows The license is only a year old. They said because I have no proof of driving for at least 4 years I have to purchase insurance. Customer service is nonexistent here

Everything was great. Booked a car with premium protection. Everything was great. Recieved from a friendly woman at the office a totally new VW Golf hybrid in a exceptional condition. I have an account and activated online check in. All the hiring procedure took ca. 15-20 min, 100€ were blocked on my credit card (on the next day after the return the company unblocked the amount). I followed all the rental conditions, returned the car with full tank and cleaned it outside and inside, returned the keys "after hours", used a key box at the office. I've previously have read in Internet many bad reviews about other companies including europcar. As a conclusion, I haven't been charged with additional fees, didn't have any other problems with the company. Highly recommend europcar, the next time I'll use only them.

Ordered online Audi A1, but got for free a better car - VW T-Roc Cabrio. The car had a good condition with 14K km, full tank, clean inside and outside. It was an extremely happy vacation start. The cost was around €400 plus €500 blocked on card. One week later we returned the car with full tank. It took just 3 min of review by an employee and we were free to go to our flight. Full €500 were unblocked in 2-3 days. Overall experience is great.

The car was new and fine in every aspect. The pickup procedure was fast. I delivered the car when the office was closed as I had an early flight and they charged me for fuel while I returned the car with a full deposit - I attach the photo I shot for proof with a full deposit I sent them a complaint email and they didn't even answer.....

So far my experience with Europcar has been great. I did a research and it seems they offer one of the most competitive insurance covers on the market (I went for the full package). Super quick and convenient check-in/out. User-friendly website and mobile app. Always helpful staff.
