★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service - cheap, very easy drop off, don't try terrify you with phrases like "if you won't take our full coverage protection, then everything will be terrible". The fuel deposit money were returned on the 3rd day after the rental ended, so no issue. Shuttle service... the way from airport to the rental service - you need to be a bit patient. It took around 15 minutes for us to wait for the shuttle bus, but the return back to airport was super fast and easy. The car itself - we got nice, fresh and shiny Hyundai i20 with 4k km run. Yeah, it seems that some of the previous renters don't know how to be careful with the mechanical transmission, so it was already not so good and was engaging only on the last 1-2 cm of the pedal. Anyway we drove >1k km with this car with 40% on the mountain roads and haven't faced any issues. Also for the service - please check the tyre pressure. In my case those were over inflated, and that was driving the tyre pressure control mad. I deflated it to the recommended pressure and everything went smooth after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t have any issues with drop off and pick up as I was there just in time for the pick up and the drop off. I wouldn’t know how long it would have taken if I didn’t make the time. Great car, new and clean. Only if the car was installed with a device to pay the toll fees. Over all great service and great rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a car in November 2021 with a full insurance coverage and without a deposit for the car. Book on the website of the company with a good discount, which I received in the email newsletter. Transfer to the office took about 15 minutes including wait. The minibus of this company at the stop near the terminal is easy to learn on bright yellow color with the inscription Centauro. I liked the very quick reception (about 5 minutes) and the return of the car (only 2 minutes), the deposit for gasoline was returned one day. Auto new and in good condition. If I am once again in Italy, I will definitely take the car from this company and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, everything went great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and courteous staff at the Malpensa branch, thank you. The vehicles are good quality, usually quite new and with low mileage. Sometimes there are small scratches and dints on the vehicles but that is the case with most car rental companies, and Centauro offer fantastic prices at excellent value, especially during the winter. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Really accommodating. The car selection were great. The car we initial chose online was unavailable and we got an even better car as a replacement. We also had a flat tyre, they towed away the car, gave us a taxi (Mercedes as well) to take us back to Centauro and gave us another car efficiently. We recommend getting premium insurance to make sure no extra cost on the customer, as we got into an accident but no extra was on us. If we come back we will most definitely come back to Centauro and recommend it to anyone who goes. Couldn’t fault the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters! Stay away!!! As someone previously warned, don't even think of using Centauro car rental in Italy. First, they will try to give you a car from a lower group then the one you rented and paid for. Then, after a month or two, they will start charging you with extra fees and fines for supposed violation without previous warning. In our case they accused us of not paying the highway tickets and charged 50 EUR for informing on that and threatened they will charge another 900EUR. I'm lucky this was the business trip and I kept all the invoices, but still have to exchange multiply emails convincing them I'm not to blame. Please consider this a friendly advice and rent your car at a reliable and reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me a car with defect (missing Qblue) and it stopped on the highway at night.
It took them 2 hours to give me assistance and 1 day to get another car.
As of today I have been reimbursed only 23 EUR after chasing almost daily for 1 month.
In addition they have charged me 43 EUR for “flexible fuel” although they keep a 130 EUR deposit on your card that they will use if you don’t return the car with full tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car with Centauro from Milan Malpensa airport for 5 days. It was the first time using Centauro and everything went super well.
- The *shuttle bus* was already outside of the airport waiting for us, even though there was a small delay with our airplane and it was already 10.15 pm.
- The *opening hours* of Centauro were very convenient for us because our flight arrived at the airport around 9.30pm. All the other car rental companies that we had searched before our trip were closing before 9 pm.
- The *people in the office desk* were friendly and helpful.
- The *car* was better than expected. It was working smoothly and we had no problem during our road trip.
- *Cheaper* than all the other car rental companies that I had found.
Overall, excellent service, car and value for money!!
